Growth is aimed at about NZ$15,000 or more per month via Pay by Bank. The list rate stays 1%.

Questions owners ask

When do you take 1%?: Only on Growth, and only on money that actually settles through Pay by Bank.
When is it 0.79%?: Only on Starter, on card payments that settle. One-off cards only.
Do I pay extra for Take Bookings?: Take Bookings for free ticketed events is on Free. Paid ticketed events and Take Payments start on Starter — they need Pay by Card.
Can I start on Pay as-is?: Yes. Keep your current appeal process, and run free ticketed fundraisers. Move to Starter or Growth when you want phone gifts and paid event tickets.
What does the 2-hour note mean?: Pay by Bank only, on Growth. Settlement within 2 hours is generally available during NZ SBI operating hours (9am – midnight, 7 days).
